   I’m 64 almost 65 and had lived with abuse for 39years because of these classes my life has changed. The first 10 weeks i learned about abuse and the cycle of Violence and started to understand the different forms of abuse and then the second 10 weeks i started to learn about myself and by the end of the second ten weeks i understood that the only person who could my life was me.I’m still living with my husband and he is now in anger management and seems to be learning about himself and abuse if he doesn’t learn and grow then we can’t stay together and he knows that. Everyday it seems that i’m coming in contact with people who are going through some form of abuse and i pass along information about the classes.My one wish is that know Woman or child go through what i and my childern went through.
   Thank you Human Options the classes do work!My life is full and i feel so blessed.
