Men’s Task Force
We Need 100 Men
In each of the last six years, at least 100 prominent business and professional men in Orange County have taken a public stand against domestic violence by putting their names and their financial support behind our campaign. This campaign funds a groundbreaking education program known as “Jason’s Story” that is presented to young male athletes in our local schools. It is designed to prevent domestic violence in its earliest stages by teaching these campus role models about respecting women and forming healthy relationships. Last year, this program reached more than 23,000 students in Orange County private and public schools.

This year, the Men’s Task Force of Human Options needs to raise at least $100,000 to continue to fund this program. Our campaign is led again this year by Hugh McCutcheon, 2008 U.S. Olympic gold medal men’s volleyball coach and current U.S. women’s volleyball coach, and Verizon Wireless will match corporate contributions up to $25,000.
But we still need at least 100 leading men to stand up with Hugh, and with us, as role models against domestic violence. The names of each of these 100 Men will appear in a special advertisement in the OC METRO and OC FAMILY print and online media in November and December. These ads will generate more than 500,000 total impressions each month in the greater Orange County market. Won’t you give us your name and your support? Join us by clicking here.
