Under the direction of the Hotline Supervisor, the Hotline Advocate will be responsible for answering our 24-hour Hotline and will provide oversight of our Shelter and Second Step properties. The Hotline Advocate will be responsible for conducting telephonic and in person intakes for victims of domestic violence, seeking shelter and will support shelter. Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Finance Director leads the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and compliance. The Senior Finance Director oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and the development of accounting frameworks to ensure timely, accurate financials in compliance with nonprofit and funder standards.
