The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed case management services to clients and families. The Supervisor provides leadership, coaching, and support to case management staff; ensures compliance with agency and funder requirements; monitors service quality and documentation; and promotes effective care coordination, resource linkage, and client-centered service delivery. Under the supervision of the Case Management Supervisor, the Case Manager is responsible for providing high quality, effective case management to Human Options clients. Case management includes, but is not limited to, comprehensive assessment of needs, development of a care plan, provision of intensive case management services, use of therapeutic interactions to promote health behaviors, coordination of care, and resource linkages to medical, psychiatric, behavioral, educational, and other services as needed. Community Based Services Supervisor
Under the supervision of the Director of Community-Based Services, the Community-Based Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services to clients and families. The Supervisor provides leadership, coaching, and support to staff; ensures compliance with agency and funder requirements; monitors program performance and documentation; and promotes coordinated, client-centered care. Community Engagement Coordinator
Under the direction of the Senior Development Director, the Community Engagement Coordinator serves as the primary lead on Human Options’ volunteer and community engagement program, Humanity in Action. The Community Engagement Coordinator connects individuals, corporations, community groups, and faith-based communities to meaningful opportunities that advance our mission and meet survivor needs through volunteering, donating, and contributing in-kind gifts .In addition to prospecting and cultivating new volunteers and partners, the Community Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in establishing a volunteer-to-donor pipeline to prospect new donors for relationship managers on the Fund Development Team. Reporting to the Legal Advocacy Program Supervisor, the Domestic Violence Advocate (DVA) works in the community to provide domestic violence intervention services. This includes responding to law enforcement calls (ride-a-longs) to provide crisis intervention, screenings, intakes, and resource referrals for survivors seeking emergency shelter. The DVA spends a significant amount of time partnering with law enforcement to respond to domestic violence emergency calls. The DVA works closely with Residential and Community Based Services staff to ensure that all services and programs provided by Human Options operate under the guidelines of trauma-informed care and voluntary services. Under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services, the Hotline Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Human Options’ 24-hour crisis hotline. The Hotline Supervisor provides leadership, coaching, and support to hotline staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed crisis intervention, safety planning, information, referrals, and resource coordination. The Supervisor monitors service quality, ensures compliance with agency and funder requirements, supports staff development, and maintains accurate and timely documentation to ensure effective support for survivors and community members seeking assistance. Human-Centered Design Coordinator
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Human-Centered Design Coordinator is a program support role responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and strengthening organizational learning, innovation and experience across the organization. The HCD Coordinator ensures that Human Centered Design principles are consistently applied, operationalized, and integrated into programs, systems, and services. The HCD Coordinator supports implementation by aligning teams, managing projects, and embedding continuous improvement practices across the agency. The HCD Coordinator plays a critical role in translating ideas into actionable work plans, tracking progress, and ensuring that innovation efforts are coordinated, sustained, and informed by survivor voice and data. This role serves as a central point of coordination across departments, ensuring that innovation cycle led by executive leadership and program teams is aligned, supported, and advanced through structured processes and consistent follow-through. Information and Referral Specialist
Under the supervision of the Community Based Services Supervisor, the Information and Resource (I&R) Specialist provides and assists with registrations, information, linkages, and referrals to individuals and families seeking services pertaining to basic needs, mental health, case management, housing, etc. The Information and Referral Specialist is also responsible for data entry and outreach. Under the supervision of the Legal Advocacy Program Supervisor (LAPS), the Legal Advocate conducts initial assessments with domestic violence clients to identify existing or anticipated legal issues, and provides education, referrals, direct services, and resources to support clients.
